Information about me:	Hi,i would like to introduce myself my name is Elizabeth Luciano i'am 24 years old,i am currently a student,i do babysitting also nannying to help familys because i know how it is to get a babysitter and the right one,and to help out with school(books etc),i have two step daughters a fiance,i have a beautiful cat that i love,i love to cook, bake,read, very happy person always seeing the best in people, i just love life.Thanks thats really all hope you consider me.
Most important aspect of the job:	i have had 9 wonderful years with children ranging from infants,toddlers,school aged,all the different imaginations,attitudes,the interaction,arts and crafts,baking,cooking,puzzles,dancing, children are always different and that's what i love.
Most rewarding:	Just to be around children, seeing them smile making sure that there happy and the parents are happy with the way i treat and care for children, i feel accomplished when they feel carefree and trust with knowing that i'am going to treat their child like if it were mine and not worry, i have been doing this for nine years and never got a compliant from the families that i have worked with, the only things that were told to me were that the children wont stop talking about me and they don't want m
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I have been through all of these situations, the way i deal with it such as crying, see what is the problem if they need to be burped, diaper change, hungry, teething, if all that is okay i either sing to them, make sure they are comfortable, caress them to try to soothe them.Spitting out food, do not force them to eat , just tell them its okay you don't have to eat rite now , i'll try again in a few or later, and refusing to nap just try to play with them do puzzles, dance, sing, read them a th
