Information about me:	Katlyn Kitterer. I am 18 years old. Graduated high school May of 2011. I have been babysitting younger siblings since I was 12 years old. I also volunteered at Day cares over the summer while in high school. I watched kids from ages 2-11.
Most important aspect of the job:	To make sure that the child is taken care of and do exactly what the employer has instructed me to do in the best way possible.
Most rewarding:	Knowing that I did a good job and did my best at it.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	You talk to them with a calm voice. You do your best to calm them down w/o yelling or getting frustrated at them.
