Information about me:	my name is Narcel iam a funny person ,i like to cook clean i like kids you can't image how much i love kids some time people from my county ask me why i like to much kids i tell them because my blood get in connetion with them .
Most important aspect of the job:	I always aspect the children very carefully
Most rewarding:	kids come a hug me ,most of the kids i have babysitting call me aunt and say we love you so much and all the hug and kiss them give.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I ask them if the want to eat and i give them food ,but if the child still crying what can i do is to take the child in my hand ask the child again if she want to eat hug her tell her if you stop crying i will buy you some toys because kids always like toys.
