Information about me:	I'm very organized, demure,competitive and sociable. Children tend to gravitate towards me becuase of my bubbly personality. Even though I know how to have fun and entertain children, I do know how to get the job done without procrastination.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job would of course be the impact I leave on any family. Making a positive impact on families by ensuring the safety and security of their children is one of my top goals. Parents want to know that their children are in good hands while they are unavailable and that, I try to accomplish.
Most rewarding:	The pleasure of knowing that the parents are very pleased with the work I do and also the children. Also, knowing that children are comfortable around me, and at the same time mannerable.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	With every child, getting them to nap varies. More importantly I would try to find out why the child doesn't want to nap. It could be that the child is hungry or ill. Based on my findings I would be able to deal with the issue. Then again a little physical activity or crafting may do the trick.

Additional Info:	If you need a babysitter who would be willing to assist you when you will be late from work, or if you need someone who you can rly on to babysit your children, I will be available. I start college in Fall 2012 so I will be readily available to work.
