Information about me:	I am 19 years old gonna be going to college this next fall. I am very good with children and just love being around them i am involved in many things with children such as I am a leader for toddler town I volunteer as a leader for Campus Life which is organized by Youth For Christ. I am a very out going person and have such a heart for children.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most Important aspect is to take good care of the children and thats exactly what I would do but also have fun with them.
Most rewarding:	The thing i find most rewarding is being a round children and growing a good relationship with them.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I put them on time out for a short time and then have them apologize for what they have done wrong. And if that doesnt work put them on time out for a little longer and do the same thing until they listen or apolorgize.
