Information about me:	We are a group of 3 15 year old teenagers named Matthew, Monika & Kathy and we work together. We have baby-sat together numerous times and it has always worked out well, we are responsible, mature and hardworking students who are just trying to make a little extra money. We love working with kids and are great with caring with them. **Note, if you hire TheResponsibleBabysitters you will be hiring all three of us to come and take care of your child/children.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of our job is interacting with the kids. Making sure that they feel comfortable around us. All three of us are great with kids, two of us have younger siblings, and we all know how to care for them and take care of them, but also have a good time with them.
Most rewarding:	What we find most rewarding about our job is definitely the happiness we bring children. The first time we baby-sat together, we baby-sat a 3 year old boy and his twin sister. After the night was over, the little boy and girl didn't want us to leave, because they had had so much fun with us that night. We become like a second family to these kids, even though we are 15, we are mature for our age.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Since 2 of us have younger siblings and one of the siblings is an infant we do know what to do. We never get frustrated if a child is crying or spitting up food or refusing to take his/her nap, we listen to the child and respond to their needs. If they want us to read a story to him/her, we do just that. If we have to pretend to eat the food just so the child can see that we're eating it too, then we will.

Additional Info:	Even though the three of us are only 15 we still are some of the most mature teens in our age group. If you hire us, we will make sure to make your child feel like they have known us our entire lives, and just make baby-sitting a fun thing, instead of a dreadful one.
