Information about me:	I am 25 years old working with children since I was 12. I have my degree in early childcare. I am trained in CPR and First Aid certified. I worked in day care center, I worked in infants for over a year and then the toddler room which I was lead teacher in and the childern ages were 13 months to 2.7 months and worked in that room for 2 1/2 years. I had 9 children everyday and love it. I also worked at a after school care program for 3 years. I also have 6 year old boy and raised him so I know lots about children. He does go to school full days in andover. I am also a very outgoing person love to be busy and do fun thing. I also loving teaching children new things letter, colors. shapes, ect and going outside....
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job is watching the children learn and grew. I love watching children play and learn. I love when they knew how much you care about them and when you get there trust and you can feel them loving and caring for you. The feeling you get when they knew you are there for them and you would do anything for them.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding part is when you get those hugs and those smiles. When you see that all the work that you have put in has paid off. When they say back the colors or letters you been teaching them or you hear them siging that sign you been teaching them. When you know you made a different in there lives.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I feel that no matter how frustrated a child gets you have to stay clam. You have to have lots of patice and love and just have to see what to do in that ares. Every child is different and you have to handle it by that child.
