Information about me:	I am 18 years old, going on 19 in March. I have an easy schedule this year as I am attending UCF as a nursing major. I am very responsible, my mother was a nurse and my father is a dentist. I have nannied for a year and a half. I love kids, my major before nursing was teaching so I could also tutor and help around the house.
Most important aspect of the job:	Paying attention to the kids, learning with the kids, and having fun while doing it. I am most strict with behavior.
Most rewarding:	I benefit from making a difference to the children. If they can learn from me and I can help them then I am doing a good job. I feel great just helping out.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	When caring for children, I look at the parents rules and how they deal with their kids and try to do similar things so the children do not get confused. Other than that, I use time out, if they are older they can go to their rooms for an allotted amount of time. I clean up the food, if anything is spit out and then tell them the right way to do it. I am very patient.

Additional Info:	I'm an all around caring person. I have 3 brothers who have made me who I am today, cleaning and taking care of them. I have a good amount of time on my hands and am flexible with hours.
