Information about me:	I'm a first year college student at the University of Missouri in Kansas City majoring in Accounting. I work for Jumpstart where we help children at a preschool on 39th and Troost called Metro. I love working with kids and I could use a few extra dollars in my pocket.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important aspect of my job is to create a safe enviornment and to fulfill the tasks needed to be done.
Most rewarding:	What I find most rewarding about my job is the respect I get.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I deal with these common frustrations by trying to calm the child down and getting to the root of the problem by asking multiple questions.
