Information about me: Hi, I'm 15 years old soon to be 16. I''m young but I'm also very mature and responsible for my age. I'm a sophmore in highschool and i enjoy taking care of kids of any age. I can work on Fridays (600pm- anytime) and on weekends at anytime. In the the summertime I am able to work any day at any time.
Most important aspect of the job: Showing that even know I am young, I am very reliable.
Most rewarding: Whats most rewarding is doing something for myself and for others andearning my own money instead of always depending on my parents...it teaches responsibility.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? Try to sooth them the best way you know how and just having patience. You can read to them, sing or play calming music.

Additional Info: I don't have much experience but I have watched my little cousin when he was just a newborn and i have also watched my god sister....and i can honestly say they adore me = ]. I will try my best to make sure whatever kids i watch will have safe fun and will enjoy having me around
