Desired Rate:	13/Hour. Rate is negotiable
Information about me:	I am a 60 year old woman with 3 grown children. I am 5 ft tall and weigh 107 lbs. I am a very patient woman.
Most important aspect of the job:	Safety for the children . And to make sure the children in my care are happy & content and comfortable with me and to make sure I am there for them while their parents are working.
Most rewarding:	I like to see the child/children happy and to make sure they are like me.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If they are crying too much,I would try to talk to them and see what is bothering them,and if they are too young to talk, I would make sure they they don't need diaper change and make sure they are not hungry and I would just try to stay calm so that they stay car. If they are spitting out food I would just see if they want something else or I would try to feed them a little later and if they don't want to nap I would either lay with them or read to them or if they are an infant I would try to
