Information about me:	I am an 17 year old female. My name is Aaliyah Adderton. I am an athlete. I am very responsible. Owning my own Daycare has been my dream for forever. I plan on pursuing this destiny. I have had experience with babysitting since I was 9 years old. I took responsibility for my little brother and I make sure children have fun with me. I could create lots of games and ways for your child to have fun. Also, I could help your child with school work. This is my dream and I will pursue.
Most important aspect of the job:	Making sure the child is having fun and learning in the process.
Most rewarding:	Seeing the smiling faces of children and their parents happy with my work.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	Take it slow, do not yell and try to find a way for the child to get rid of the frustration by holding the child or asking whats wrong in a settle way.
