Information about me:	I am a sophomore in high school, I've been working with kids since I was 13, due to my mother owning a daycare. I work in the infant/ toddler room, but also help in the preschool side. I love to have fun and love to work with kids.
Most important aspect of the job:	Making sure the kids are happy and are having fun, but being strict when its needed.
Most rewarding:	Having fun, and seeing the kids laughing and growing.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	If the child is crying just hold them and try to calm them down, if they are spitting out food, try to give them something else, and if they are refusing to nap I would lay them down and rub there backs or read them stories until they fall asleep.
