Information about me: I am a 26yr old stay at home mom of 3 kids ages 7yr, 5yr, and 2yr old...i have cared for several children of different ages at once and also cared for twins and triplets
Most important aspect of the job: full-filling the childs needs and the child like having me as a babysitter
Most rewarding: Being able to care for little ones since they cant care for themselves...and i always enjoy meeting and talking with the parents
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap? If the parents have any suggestions, that would help, otherwise i try and take care of the child the best i can and meet the childs needs

Additional Info: due to my husbands schedule he will have the car for work during the afternoons/evenings and care would have to be at my house
