Information about me:	I am a very optimistic, happy person with great morals. I was an exceptional student and earned above a 4.0 GPA and a 29 on the ACT. I'm a fast learner and follow rules and guidelines given to me. I am respectful and responsible and I give my all in every situation. I love children, and I will do anything to ensure their safety.
Most important aspect of the job:	The most important thing to me while working with children is to make sure the child is safe. I have experience with children with food allergies, and I took extra care to make sure their food was not contaminated. I also want to make sure that the child is not just sitting around watching TV all day; I try to keep them active and engaged and I make sure to put schoolwork first.
Most rewarding:	The most rewarding thing when working with children is seeing them smile. Nothing can make you feel better than making a child happy.
How do you deal with common frustrations such as incessant crying, spitting out food or refusing to nap?	I am very flexible when working with children. I understand that everything isnt black and white, and sometimes certain things will take time and effort. It is incredibly difficult to stress me out, and even more difficult to make me angry.
